• Launched its first set of services in late 2003/early 2004 including Quotes, Jokes, Horoscopes
  
• November/December 2003 introduced its first seasonal services including Ramadan & Xmas.
  
• Beginning 2004 commenced collaboration with Al Balad Newspaper
  
• September 2004 launched Breaking News Service after having signed contract with Reuters

• By early 2005 enhanced service to include SMS message forwarding, developing Ring Tones and Logos service, introducing SMS Delivery service, etc

• September 2005 conducted national campaign for Breaking News service in collaboration with Reuters and Al Balad

• May 2006 enhanced sms service with introduction of Web SMS and Group SMS for the general public
